Lead times & carrier
Orders ship within 48 business hours. Allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery in mainland France. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves.
Shipping costs
Delivery in France: €3.90. Shipping is free from €39 and always included with the Signature and Signature Premium kits.
International & taxes
We currently ship to France only. When other destinations open: shipping is charged whatever the order value, calculated by weight and destination. Within the EU, prices include VAT. Outside the EU, prices exclude tax: customs duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a product, with no reason required (right of withdrawal, French Consumer Code). Contact us to obtain your return number (RMA).
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, via Stripe.
